
Shiny Box is YouTube's go-to Pokémon channel, spanning content across YouTube, Instagram, and Twitch. The goal was to design a visual system that unified the brand across every platform — without it feeling copy-pasted.
Approach: The solution was a single repeatable motif: corner-piece frames that consistently anchor titles, CTAs, and subject matter across all assets. Simple enough to apply everywhere, distinctive enough to own. The system was then built out across YouTube thumbnails, Instagram posts, and live event graphics — each formatted for their platform while remaining unmistakably Shiny Box.
Outcome A scalable content brand that maintains visual consistency across formats and audiences. This project demonstrates the ability to develop a design system from a single idea and execute it across a real, multi-platform content ecosystem.
